  • Hella Slingshots

Hella Slingshot is the real deal. Just like the wood weapons you used to make as a kid, but with an added touch of grown up craftsmanship.

Each one-of-a-kind slingshot is handmade in San Francisco from forked tree branches, carefully airbrushed with acrylic paint, and outfitted with a leather projectile pouch using natural latex tubing and imitation sinew.

Each slingshot comes with 15 - 1 inch Felt Ammo balls. These Felt balls are the most popular slingshot ammo. They’re great for target practice and passive-aggressive attacks in the office or at home. Importantly, they are easy to find after bouncing off your friend.

Slingshots are not toys. Adult supervision required. Please read safety guidelines and disclaimer before purchasing.

    • Because each slingshot is one of a kind, dimensions vary
    • Height will fall between 7”–10", width between 3”–6"
    • Slingshots are not toys. Even though slingshots are not restricted items, children should always be supervised by adults when playing with slingshots.
    • Always wear eye protections. You can get them from any hardware store.
    • Know your target and what's behind it. Make sure you have an adequate backstop for your target.
    • Store away from extreme heat and inspect latex tubing before each shot for any signs of wear, brittleness or breakage. Do not shoot if latex tubing is worn or damaged in any way! Replace damaged or worn latex tubing immediately.
    • Do not shoot at hard surfaces or at the surface of water. Slingshot ammo may bounce off or ricochet and hit someone or something you had not intended to hit.

Your purchase of a slingshot, ammo, or any other product on this site indicates that you have read and understood the reasonable safety precautions necessary when using any such item. Neither the artist (Adam Gray LLC) nor the retailer (Stash Co LLC) will be held liable for misuse and we both strongly suggest parental supervision as well as good judgement when allowing young kids to use slingshots. Please review Safety Guidelines for tips.

Of all the things that bring us sheer childlike joy—the pogo stick, the scooter, the remote control car—the slingshot is tops. Stuffed in a back pocket and taken for a hike, it leads to endless amusement and mischief. I fell back in love with slingshots after one of my friends started bringing his on camping and bicycle tours. To kill time we'd shoot cans, bodies of water, and off high places. Being a crafty sort of person I thought I might try making a few unique slingshots for myself. I got a little carried away (as I often do) and well you can see now I make a ton of wooden slingshots... or if you speak West Coast "Hella Slingshots."
