Oaxacan Salt is a warm and smokey finishing salt made from chile Chilacas that were smoked in Oaxaca, Mexico. We sell these hard-to-find peppers in a jar and found that they can be used to make an incredible finishing salt!

Ingredients: Fleur de sel, pasilla de Oaxaca and meco chiles.
