Everyone has a late summer cold this weekend so we'll be eating all of the soup despite Texas temps in the 90s.

Three favorite soups fuel us.

Two recipes. One readymade.

Chicken Tortilla Soup.
Greek Lemon Chicken Soup.
And any Tonic brewed by Fond.

No time, no energy to cook? Fond Tonics are brewed in the Texas Hill Country and they are always on hand for a quick lunch or some serious self-care.

Finally, on my stove right now. Greek Lemon Chicken Soup. There are lots of good recipes out there but here is the one I'm using today.
